Furniture, mirror and overmantle specialists, The Collection by Panfili is celebrating its 20th Anniversary this year. Originally located in the Eyre Square Centre, the business has been owned by the Irish/ Italian Panfili family since 1999. In 2006 Marco and Luigia Panfili relocated The Collection to an impressive 3,000sq ft showroom in the Liosban Business Park.

All pieces are hand picked and personally sourced by Luigia and Marco from their extensive contacts throughout Europe and especially their native Italy.
There is something for more or less every budget with natural non drip taper candles starting at €1.90 and vintage style tea light holders in recycled glass from €4. Glass door knobs starting at €5 euro and
featured wallpapers from Andrew Martin and Thibaut would transform any room. Add in some scatter cushions from €22 or a beautiful hardwearing floor rug in wool for €400 and you have an updated look for your favourite room.
Luigia and Marco are also the resellers for some of the most stylish and affordable tableware collections which they also supply to the many trendy restaurants and bars throughout Galway. They are also the exclusive stockists for the Contemporary designer furniture collections from Porada, Cattelan, Gallotti & Radice, and Giorgetti.
Best known however for its desirable high quality furniture and fashionable home accessories, The Collection by Panfili has a reputation nationwide as an over mantle and mirror specialist”. They carry an extensive collection of mirrors ranging from large traditional designs to smaller minimalist models all manufactured in their workshop in Tuscany.
Luigia and Marco have seen an increase in demand for their design service and for made to order
furniture solutions for design challenges. Just this year they have launched Luigia’s Collection- a range of bespoke furniture and lighting custom made to fit each client’s requirements. They have focused on developing a marriage between the Irish manufacturer and Italian style with their beechwood Irish handcrafted sofas and chairs which are upholstered with luxurious and stylish fabrics sourced worldwide by the couple. Their bespoke lighting collection is designed by Luigia and manufactured by traditional craftsmen in Florence.
